Feel Hot Yoga

I have been dying to try hot yoga and decided to try the ‘warm’ yoga class that Feel Hot Yoga offer, and it just didn’t get as hot and sweaty as I had hoped. So when they had a 9 class deal come up, I just knew I had to dial up the heat (excuse the pun) and try their full hot yoga class.

Girls Book Club #GozenGirls

A few weeks ago I saw a post on LinkedIn from a girl that I very briefly worked with at my first job out of university, she was promoting a girls book club that she had started up. I used to love reading as a child and always miss how little I read now that I’m working, so thought this was a great time to seize the moment and connect again.

Tough Mudder South West 2016

So I very briefly mentioned in my last blog post the training we had been trying to do, and falling off the wagon at the last hurdle.

The day finally came when the team and I would complete the Tough Mudder South West course in three and a half hours, see how we managed and the before and after photos!

I love going to the gym and keeping fit, but I just as easily fall off the wagon so I set myself a challenge each year. These challenges will never be something serious like a marathon, and also because I’m not a great runner.

So this year me and a few friends have signed up to do Tough Mudder, I have no idea what I have let myself in for!

When in Rome…
